Darcy Naunton, CFA is a co-founder and Partner with the Fund, providing analytical expertise and a deep knowledge of capital markets and economics. He is also Managing Director of the York Butter Factory coworking/incubator space where he works closely with seed-stage tech startups. Darcy was previously an Investment Analyst at a major asset consultancy firm, where he provided portfolio construction and asset selection advice to large institutional investors. He first began working in the financial services industry in 2004 as a paraplanner at a private financial planning firm.
Darcy received his undergraduate degree from the University of Western Australia with a combined Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science, holds a Master of Applied Finance from Monash University in Melbourne and is a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Institute.

David Scott Carlick recently joined Adventure Capital as Chairman, sharing his responsibilities across Rho Ventures in the Silicon Valley as Venture Partner and with Adventure Capital in Australia.
He joined Rho in 2009 and focuses on investments in digital media and marketing. Prior to Rho, he was managing director and venture partner of VantagePoint Venture Partners, where he wasinvolved in numerous investments, including Intermix Media (parent company of MySpace that was sold to NewsCorp in 2005) and ReachLocal. He was also executive vice president at Poppe Tyson, where he co-founded poppe.com, which spun out and merged with Modem Media (NASDAQ: MMPT), and DoubleClick, which went public and was subsequently sold to Google.

Chris Fry is an advisor, investor and mentor. He has scaled multi-billion dollar companies from pre-IPO startups to fully operational businesses. Prior to this, he was the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Twitter where he was responsible for all engineering functions and most notably killed the Twitter Failwhale. He was also the Senior Vice President of Development at Salesforce where he led all development functions, and helped Braintree reach a successful acquisition as a Board Member.
Besides being an Advisor to Adventure Capital, Chris is also currently an Advisor at BigCommerce and is a successful Angel Investor.

Safwan Shah is an entrepreneur, angel investor, innovator and technologist with deep expertise in payment and transaction processing technologies. Safwan Shah was the founder and president of Infonox, the market pioneer and leader in delivering payment, underwriting and other financial services to casinos, banks, retail and money transfer businesses. Under Safwan Shah�s leadership, Infonox served over 100M consumers and settled over $20 Billion annually. In 2008, Infonox was acquired by TSYS (NYSE:TSS). Safwan also held research positions at BioServe Space Technologies (a NASA center for commercial development of space). His other experience includes positions as technology director for an affiliate of IBM.
